The second quarter of 2024 saw notable trends in the performance of the top 5 cryptocurrency apps on the iOS platform in Norway. According to Sensor Tower, these apps displayed varied patterns in downloads and weekly active users, while revenue remained unreported across the board.

Firi - Kjøp Bitcoin & Ethereum experienced a decline in downloads, starting from approximately 1.5K in early April and dropping to around 510 by the end of June. Despite the downward trend, there was a brief spike to nearly 1.2K downloads in late May.

Crypto.com - Buy Bitcoin, ETH had a fluctuating download rate, beginning the quarter with about 840 downloads and ending with 261. Its weekly active users showed a slight decline from 13K to 11.2K over the same period.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw a relatively stable performance in downloads, ranging from 712 at the start of April to 385 by the end of June. The app's weekly active users decreased from 7.8K to 5.9K during the quarter.

Bybit: Buy & Trade Crypto had a significant spike in downloads in mid-May, reaching approximately 1.6K, before stabilizing around 237 by the end of June. Its weekly active users increased from 4.7K to 5.3K throughout the quarter.

Coinbase: Buy Bitcoin & Ether started the quarter with around 602 downloads, which slightly dropped to 257 by the end of June. The app's weekly active users showed a downward trend from 7.1K to 5.4K.
